These terms apply when you use alphabrain.live, including its portfolio upload, market-data and AI research features.
Research service, not financial advice
AlphaBrain provides automated research, portfolio analytics and decision-support information. It is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not guarantee returns and does not replace advice from a licensed professional who understands your circumstances.
Portfolio uploads
When you select a file, it is first held in private temporary storage for up to one hour without extraction. Analysis starts only after you explicitly accept these terms and the Privacy Notice. After acceptance, the original file, extracted holdings, mappings and analysis may be retained so the portfolio can be claimed after signup and audited later.
AI and market-data limitations
AI extraction and FMP-backed instrument matching can be incomplete, stale or wrong. Prices, classifications, diversification scores, risk scores, summaries and opportunities are estimates. You must review imported holdings and independently verify material decisions.
Acceptable use
You may upload only files you are authorized to use. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, third-party confidential material without permission, or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or account boundaries.
Accounts and availability
You are responsible for safeguarding account access. Features and data sources may change or be interrupted. Free-account benefits may evolve, and material paid-service terms will be presented before purchase.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaBrain is not liable for investment losses or decisions based on automated analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
