USS Co., Ltd., operating with its subsidiaries, manages and operates platforms for used vehicle auctions throughout Japan. The company enables the distribution of pre-owned cars through 19 physical auction sites, alongside virtual bidding options available via satellite television and the internet. Beyond auctions, USS provides services like exporting second-hand vehicles, recycling end-of-life automobiles and other items, and decommissioning industrial equipment and plants. It also procures used vehicles directly and handles the buying and selling of accident-damaged cars. The company, which commenced operations in 1969, was formerly known as Aichi Automobile General Services Co., Ltd. before rebranding to USS Co., Ltd. in March 1995.
