The group's investment strategy focuses on retail properties primarily anchored by non-discretionary retailers, which ensures stable, long-term lease agreements with major occupants like Woolworths Limited, Coles Group Limited, and various entities under the Wesfarmers Limited umbrella. This corporate structure is a stapled entity, consisting of the Shopping Centres Australasia Property Management Trust (ARSN 160 612 626) and the Shopping Centres Australasia Property Retail Trust (ARSN 160 612 788).
