Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (PLife REIT) stands as one of Asia's most prominent publicly listed healthcare REITs, judging by the size of its assets. Its investment strategy is centered on acquiring revenue-generating real estate and related assets primarily intended for healthcare or associated purposes.
