Beyond these core activities, the company engages in a diverse range of ancillary ventures. These include the management of shopping malls, spas, and airport lounges; direct sales of food and beverages; supply chain management; distribution; consulting; tour operations; asset management; vacation club sales; entertainment; franchising; and marketing. Additionally, it is involved in property investment, development, and sales, operates a business school, manufactures and sells cheese and ice cream, and has interests in the healthcare sector. Founded in 1978 as Royal Garden Resorts Plc., the company rebranded to Minor International Public Company Limited in 2005 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand.
