As a standard practice, the fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets – including any capital raised through borrowing for investment purposes – to a diversified array of high-quality debt instruments. Its portfolio is exclusively comprised of fixed-income securities that carry an investment-grade rating at the time of acquisition, or those that Lord Abbett independently assesses as possessing equivalent creditworthiness.
