Additionally, this division handles the rental of event halls and meeting rooms, and manages the Haneda Airport Wharf. Through its Merchandise Sales division, the company operates a diverse range of retail stores situated within both domestic and international terminals, including those in common areas. It also engages in the wholesale distribution of duty-free products and manages commissioned duty-free operations at major international airports such as Narita, Kansai, and Central Japan. Furthermore, it conducts product sales at Chengdu Shuangli International Airport. The Food and Beverage segment encompasses the operation of various restaurants, alongside the production and distribution of in-flight meals, pre-packaged bento boxes, and retort food products. Beyond these core activities, the company offers a range of airport-related services, including passenger assistance, acting as a travel insurance agent, and providing hotel booking services. It also participates in both international and domestic travel sales, as well as ticket sales for transportation and events.
