The company's operations are divided into four main segments: Automated Parcel Machines (APM), To-Door, Mondial Relay, and International Other. The APM division focuses on delivering packages to its network of automated lockers. The To-Door segment utilizes traditional door-to-door couriers for parcel delivery. Mondial Relay provides delivery to automated parcel machines and manages numerous pick-up drop-off (PUDO) points in key European markets like France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Portugal.
