iShares iBonds Dec 2023 Term Treasury ETF

This fund commits a minimum of 90% of its assets to U.S. Treasury securities, which BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) chooses to closely align with the underlying index's performance. More generally, at least 80% of its portfolio will be invested in the specific securities that constitute that benchmark index. This index is exclusively comprised of publicly-issued U.S. government debt instruments, all of which are set to mature within a window stretching from January 1, 2023, to December 15, 2023. The fund operates with a non-diversified investment strategy.
