The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial total returns over an extended time horizon. Typically, at least 65% of its total assets are allocated to foreign-issued equity securities. This allocation encompasses holdings not denominated in U.S. dollars, as well as those from companies based in developing nations. The fund possesses the discretion to invest in companies across the entire spectrum of market capitalizations, including smaller-cap enterprises. Furthermore, up to 25% of its net assets may be deployed in entities primarily conducting their operations within emerging markets, or whose shares are principally traded on exchanges in such markets.
