Goldman Sachs U.S. Equity Dividend and Premium Fund

This fund primarily aims to invest in dividend-paying stocks issued by major U.S. companies. It dedicates at least 80% of its total investment capital (which includes its net assets and any borrowed funds, assessed at the time of purchase) to these types of equities. The targeted companies are large-capitalization American firms with market values similar to those found within the S&P 500® Index at the point of investment. The fund predominantly constructs a varied portfolio consisting of common shares from these significant U.S. companies that are already members of the S&P 500® Index.
