GQG PARTNERS EMERGING MARKETS EQUITY FUND Investor Shares

The fund primarily invests a minimum of 80% of its net assets, supplemented by any borrowed funds, in equity holdings of companies located in developing markets. These equity investments predominantly take the form of common stocks traded on public exchanges. However, for the purpose of meeting this 80% allocation, the fund also considers depositary receipts and P-Notes as qualifying equity securities. This investment vehicle is designated as non-diversified.
