Lazard Global Listed Infrastructure Portfolio Institutional Shares

This portfolio primarily allocates capital to equity instruments, particularly common shares, of companies operating within the infrastructure sector. The fund commits a substantial portion, at least 80% of its assets, to these infrastructure-related equity investments. Such companies span a broad range of industries, including utility providers, pipeline operators, toll road companies, airports, railway systems, shipping ports, and telecommunications firms, among other infrastructure enterprises. A key criterion is that their securities must be listed on a national or other recognized stock exchange.
