Lazard Global Listed Infrastructure Portfolio Open Shares is a U.S. mutual fund managed by Lazard Asset Management that invests primarily in equity securities of listed infrastructure companies with a minimum market capitalization of $250 million, focusing on businesses the manager believes are undervalued. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in infrastructure-related equities—including utilities, pipelines, toll roads, airports, railroads, ports, and telecommunications companies—with at least 30–40% allocated to companies outside the manager's home market.
