It operates through the Retail Company Managed Shops and Business to Business segments. The Retail Company Managed Shops segment sells a consistent range of fresh bakery goods, sandwiches, and drinks in its own shops or via delivery. The Business to Business segment is involved in the products to franchise and wholesale partners for sale in their own outlets as well as charging a license fee to franchise partners. The company was founded by John Gregg in 1930 and is headquartered in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, the United Kingdom.
