This investment vehicle typically commits a minimum of 80% of its assets to the shares of corporations with medium-sized market capitalizations. For the purposes of this fund, such companies are defined as those whose market values are comparable to constituents of the Russell Midcap® Index or the S&P MidCap 400® Index. It retains the flexibility to also acquire stakes in businesses with smaller or larger market valuations. The portfolio diversifies across both domestic and international issuers. Furthermore, its investment strategy encompasses either growth-oriented equities, value-oriented equities, or a combination of both.
