The Fidelity Mid Cap Value Fund generally dedicates at least 80% of its portfolio to companies with intermediate market capitalizations. For the purposes of this fund, these mid-sized entities possess market values comparable to those represented in the Russell Midcap® Index or the S&P MidCap 400® Index. While primarily focused on this segment, the fund also retains the flexibility to invest in firms with either smaller or larger market capitalizations. Its investment scope extends globally, including both U.S. and international companies.
