While the fund has the discretion to invest up to 100% of its assets in securities rated below investment grade, it will not allocate more than 10% of its assets to non-convertible debt securities rated below B. Furthermore, up to 20% of its net assets may be deployed into other types of securities, such as common or preferred stocks and non-convertible debt.
