The FT Vest U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - April ("the Fund") seeks to provide investors with gains that mirror the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust ("the Underlying ETF"). These potential gains are limited by a predetermined upside cap of 18.14%. Additionally, the Fund aims to safeguard against the first 10% of losses incurred by the Underlying ETF. Both the potential gains (up to the cap) and the loss protection are calculated prior to the deduction of any fees and expenses. This investment strategy covers the period from April 21, 2025, through April 17, 2026.
