Gold Road Resources Limited (GRR), including its subsidiaries, is an Australian company primarily focused on the exploration and development of gold properties across Western Australia. GRR maintains a 50% stake in the Gruyere gold mine, a venture jointly developed with Gold Fields Ltd. The Gruyere joint venture holds substantial mineral resources totaling 7.38 million ounces, which includes a proven ore reserve of 4.45 million ounces. Beyond Gruyere, the company exercises full ownership of extensive tenements covering 4,000 square kilometers in the Yamarna region, which are estimated to contain 0.51 million ounces of gold resources. Founded in 2004, the firm, headquartered in West Perth, Australia, was originally incorporated as Eleckra Mines Limited before adopting its present name, Gold Road Resources Limited, in November 2010.
