The fund generally commits at least 80% of its net assets (including any funds borrowed for investment) to equity securities. These investments are in companies whose market capitalizations, at the time of purchase, align with the size range of businesses included in the Russell 2000 Value Index, and which the fund's investment manager considers to be undervalued. The portfolio also has the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its total assets to foreign securities.
