Under typical market conditions, the fund is mandated to invest a minimum of 80% of its total net assets (inclusive of any borrowed capital for investment purposes) in common stocks. Additionally, and still under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets will be allocated to equity securities of U.S.-based corporations. These companies are characterized by substantial market capitalizations (typically over $2 billion) and are identified by the fund's investment management team as being undervalued, while also offering prospects for sustained long-term growth and ongoing income. The fund retains the flexibility to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to foreign securities.
