Crestwood Equity Partners LP is an energy infrastructure company that develops, acquires, owns, and manages midstream assets and operations across the United States. The Gathering and Processing North segment provides extensive services for natural gas, crude oil, and produced water, encompassing collection, compression, treatment, processing, and disposal for producers in the Williston and Powder River Basins. This unit operates natural gas facilities with capacities of approximately 0.4 Bcf/d for gathering and 0.5 Bcf/d for processing. Its crude oil infrastructure includes facilities for gathering about 150,000 Bbls/d and storing 266,000 Bbls. For produced water, it manages facilities capable of gathering and disposing of around 130,000 Bbls/d. Conversely, the Gathering and Processing South segment delivers natural gas gathering, compression, treatment, and processing, along with produced water gathering and disposal services to producers situated in the Marcellus, Barnett, and Delaware basins. This segment's natural gas assets can gather 2.5 Bcf/d and process 0.7 Bcf/d, while its produced water facilities can handle approximately 75,000 Bbls/d for gathering and disposal. The Storage and Logistics segment specializes in the storage, terminaling, marketing, and transportation of natural gas liquids, crude oil, and natural gas. It employs various transportation methods, including rail, truck, and pipelines, serving a broad range of clients such as producers, refiners, marketers, and utility providers. Crestwood Equity GP LLC functions as the general partner for Crestwood Equity Partners LP. The company, which was founded in 2001, changed its name from Inergy L.P. to Crestwood Equity Partners LP in October 2013 and maintains its headquarters in Houston, Texas.
