Crestwood Equity Partners LP (CEQP) is a U.S.-based energy infrastructure company actively involved in developing, acquiring, owning, and managing crucial assets within the midstream segment of the energy industry. Its operations are structured into three primary business segments: Gathering and Processing North, Gathering and Processing South, and Storage and Logistics. The Northern Gathering and Processing division serves producers in the Williston and Powder River Basins. Its natural gas infrastructure includes 2.5 Bcf/day of gathering capacity and 0.7 Bcf/day of processing capacity, while its produced water assets handle approximately 75,000 Bbls/day for gathering and disposal. The Storage and Logistics segment handles the storage, terminaling, marketing, and transportation of natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, and natural gas. It utilizes various modes of transport, such as rail, truck, and pipelines, serving a diverse client base including producers, refiners, marketers, utilities, and other industry participants. Crestwood Equity Partners LP's general partner is Crestwood Equity GP LLC. The company, originally incorporated in 2001, operated under the name Inergy L.P. before rebranding to Crestwood Equity Partners LP in October 2013.
