Akre Focus Fund

The Akre Focus Fund chiefly allocates its resources to common shares issued by U.S.-listed companies, irrespective of their market capitalization. Beyond these core holdings, its mandate permits investments in preferred stock, warrants, and options, along with a variety of other equity-linked assets. These encompass partnership interests, limited liability company stakes, business trust shares and associated rights, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and instruments that can be converted into equity. Notably, the fund operates on a non-diversified basis.
