This investment vehicle primarily seeks to acquire common shares from companies operating within Europe and the Pacific Rim. The fund's advisor targets businesses in these regions that they believe demonstrate robust potential for expansion. These "growth stocks" are specifically identified as equities that the advisor anticipates will achieve capital appreciation exceeding the broader market averages. As a standard practice, at least 80% of the fund's total net assets will be dedicated to securities from these European and Pacific Basin issuers. Furthermore, the fund has the option to allocate a segment of its holdings to common stocks and other financial instruments issued by entities based in emerging markets.
